Delivery and Returns

Most of mainland UK is covered by our trusted delivery partners, and where necessary we will use a specialist carrier for your delivery. Our individual carriers will contact you once your order is ready for delivery and offer you a date within 10 calendar days.  Whist we cannot offer an AM or PM slot you will be contacted the day before your delivery with your allocated 2 hour slot. For large items of furniture our team will offer assembly on arrival, removal of packaging and deliver to your room of choice. Small items will be delivered to your front door. Please note, any cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date will incur a failed delivery charge of £45. 

For deliveries to out of area zones and offshore locations we will require an additional lead time of 10 working days and additional charges may apply. Out of area zones are as follows; The Scottish Highlands and Islands, The Isle of Man, The Scilly Isles, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Furniture items are delivered Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm. Orders over £2,500 are delivered free of charge with the option of Saturday delivery available at no extra charge. Once delivery is booked any cancellations of the delivery date within 24 hours of the confirmed date will incur a further delivery charge of £45.

 When Can I Expect My Order?

We categorize are products into 3 stock categories. The different status options are explained below. 

In Stock

The item is in stock and will be delivered within the period stated.

Stock Due

This item is on order, and the estimated lead time will be clearly stated. Once you place your order, the item will be reserved for you.

Coming Soon

We are currently out of stock of this item. Please contact our Customer Service team to be notified when an item is back in stock.

Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at the time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

Things to Consider 

For a simple, stress free delivery, please read our guidelines below prior to placing your order. 

We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available. We also ask that you consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery:

  • Red routes and parking restrictions
  • Delivery vehicle size restrictions
  • Suitable access to the property
  • Restricted access into the property due to the size of the ground floor entrance
  • Restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location
